Maraetai Second Dwelling

This home is a second dwelling on an existing site. It was custom designed and built to create a home for elderly parents.

Our client wanted to build a nice granny home for their parents to live in at the bottom of their section. We worked with them to design a two bedroom, nicely spec’d home, that’s all single level living and easily accessible. These lucky Grandparents get to see their family everyday and look out to beautiful views across Waiheke, all amongst the small community vibe of Maraetai.
