Casuarina Howick Build

This home was custom designed and built for a client with an existing site in Half Moon Bay. Our client was living in the existing house, which was positioned to the front of the site, and wanted to build a larger, modern home – large enough that family would be able to stay with her when visiting from overseas. Riva helped her design a home that had both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and living, with a central kitchen area upstairs for the family to enjoy together.

Neutral tones were selected throughout this two-story weatherboard home, allowing flexibility with decor and giving it that “fresh and understated”, yet modern, look.
